I was flattered of course!  I know we do some brokering but there are many larger &#8220;broker houses&#8221; than ours.  Stephanie Oetjen, the feature editor, told me that I was considered to be a &#8220;high visibility broker, with a significant internet presence.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Well who could resist that kind of schmoozing.
