PEO Sales Consultant / Health Agent / PEO Broker (Orlando and other officea)

Flexible position. Pay is high commission with perfomrance awards. Duties include securing new clients for our partner PEOs, generating leads, prospecting, etc.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, HR, payroll and insurance. Insurance license desirable but not required.
FL (or other state) insurance license preferred but not necessary.

Also may write Health insurance if licensed appropriately.

Requirements:
Knowledge of sales and a good attitude.
2 yrs experience in sales preferred.
FL insurance license desirable but not required.

Property and Casualty Agent (4 openings)

Full or part time positions available (virtual office available.) Primary duties are securing new and maintaining existing accounts workers' comp, PEOs and payroll company "Pay as You Go" Insurance. Pay is a very high commission. Draw is available.

Requirements:
Knowledge of sales, PEO Insurance (Workers' Comp, GL desirable) and a good attitude.
2 yrs experience in sales preferred.
FL (or other state) General Lines insurance license required.

Sales Associates needed, commission and piece work. Non-salaried. Benefits available after trial period.

We provide the following services to EMPLOYERS by representing Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs)
  • Payroll and Payroll Tax Filing
  • Business Insurance such as Workers' Comp and Employment Practices Liability
  • HR Compliance, Employee Handbooks, Safety Procedures
  • Hiring and Termination Guidance
  • Health Insurance (licensing assistance available)
Insurance license desired but not necessary. Ability to learn to follow sales behaviors required:
  • Networking
  • Servicing existing clients
  • Generate Referrals
  • Prospecting
Commissions are paid as earned. Bonuses are paid upon meeting goals. Referrals and existing clients are supplied on a limited and qualified basis, but Agents / Brokers are expected to develop prospects.

Training is available. Additional sales training also available with Workforce Central FL grants if qualified.
